Terms of Service

Last updated: July 2026

1Scope of the service

Roadly is a web interface (the “Service”) that lets you access — from a vehicle's built-in browser or any device with a modern browser — third-party streaming services and content that you own or are already subscribed to.

Roadly does not host, produce, transmit or distribute any video or audio content. Roadly does not provide IPTV channels, does not sell third-party subscriptions and does not circumvent technological protection measures (DRM). The Service merely organises and presents, in an interface optimised for the in-car screen, the content you access through your own accounts.

2Account and requirements

To use the Service you must create an account. Sign-up and authentication happen through a secure sign-in link sent by email (magic link): there are no passwords. You are responsible for the security of your email inbox and for all activity carried out through your account.

  • You must be at least 18, or the legal age to enter into a contract in your country of residence.
  • You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • An account is personal: you may not transfer, resell or share it with third parties.

3Passes, free trial and payments

The Service is NOT offered on a subscription basis and involves no automatic renewal. Access is bought as a time-limited pass of fixed duration (7, 14 or 30 days): the pass starts when access is enabled and expires on its own at the end of the period, with no cancellation needed and no further charges.

  • The current pass prices are the ones shown on the site in the Pricing section at the time of purchase, in Euro and including VAT where applicable.
  • No automatic renewal: when the pass expires, access ends and nothing is charged to you. If you want to continue, you buy a new pass.
  • The Service stores no payment method: we keep no card details and cannot make recurring charges.
  • The purchase is not completed on the site: it is arranged through the contact channels indicated (Telegram) and paid through the provider indicated there (PayPal). You receive confirmation of the amount and the pass duration before paying.
  • Access is enabled manually after payment, usually within a short time.

FREE TRIAL. On request and at our discretion, we may grant you a free trial period of limited duration so you can evaluate the Service. The trial is free, requires no payment details, carries no obligation to buy and — when it ends — does NOT turn into a paid pass or a subscription: access simply stops. The applicable duration is communicated to you when the trial is activated. A trial may be granted only once per user and is not an entitlement.

4Withdrawal and refunds

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 (fourteen) days of buying the pass, without giving any reason, under EU consumer protection law.

Because a pass is short-lived, by asking for immediate activation you ask us to start performing the contract before the 14 days have elapsed. In that case, if you withdraw after performance has begun, you are refunded the amount paid less the portion corresponding to the service already used up to the moment you notify us, within the limits set by law; once the pass has been fully used, the right of withdrawal is exhausted.

The free trial involves no payment and does not turn into a paid pass: there is nothing to cancel and nothing to refund. You can stop it at any time simply by no longer using the Service.

If a pass is not enabled because of a problem attributable to us, you are entitled to a full refund. To exercise your right of withdrawal or ask about refunds, contact us at the address in the contact section.

5Permitted use and driving safety

Roadly is made for passenger entertainment. Playing video content on a vehicle's screen must comply with local traffic laws and any other applicable regulations.

THE DRIVER MUST ALWAYS KEEP FULL ATTENTION ON THE ROAD. You may not use the Service so that video playback is visible to the driver while the vehicle is moving where this is prohibited by law. You are solely responsible for compliant and safe use of the Service.

  • Do not use the Service for unlawful activities or in breach of third-party rights.
  • Do not attempt to bypass technical limitations, security measures or authentication mechanisms.
  • Do not carry out reverse engineering, mass scraping or unauthorised automated use.

6Third-party content and IPTV

The Service lets you connect your own subscriptions and personal libraries (for example YouTube, Twitch, IPTV services via Xtream Codes or M3U lists, or personal media servers). Such content belongs to its respective owners and is subject to their terms of use.

By connecting an IPTV subscription or any other content source, you warrant that you have full right to access and use it. Roadly does not check, curate or take responsibility for the legitimacy of the content you choose to access through your accounts and lists.

You indemnify and hold Roadly harmless from any claim, damage or liability arising from the use of third-party sources or subscriptions for which you do not hold the necessary rights.

7Intellectual property

The Service, the “Roadly” brand, the interface, the software (including the proprietary playback engine), the text, graphics and every other element are owned by Roadly or its licensors and are protected by copyright and industrial property laws.

You are granted a personal, limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable licence to use the Service under these Terms. No rights are transferred to you beyond what is expressly provided.

8No affiliation with Tesla, Inc.

Roadly is an independent product and is not affiliated with, sponsored or endorsed by Tesla, Inc. “Tesla”, “Model 3”, “Model Y”, “Model S”, “Model X” and “Cybertruck” are trademarks of Tesla, Inc. Any reference to these trademarks is made solely to describe the compatibility of the Service.

9Limitation of liability

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Roadly does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every vehicle, browser or third-party subscription.

Roadly is not liable for the unavailability, modification or discontinuation of third-party services, nor for damage arising from use of the Service in breach of these Terms or of road-safety rules. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, including mandatory consumer protections.

10Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms for technical, legal or operational reasons. In case of material changes we will notify you with reasonable notice. Continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance; otherwise you may stop using the Service and not buy further passes.

11Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute is subject to the courts of the consumer's place of residence or domicile, where applicable; otherwise the competent court is that of Roadly's registered office.
